Each identical farm house costs Rs 8.0 lakhs at other places, costs a mere Rs 3.0 lakhs,  out of which Rs 1.0 lakh is equity share and hence is your own money. Rs 2.0 lakhs is the cost of construction of the cottage, which is definitely earning at present more than Rs 5,000/- per month. More over, it can be used as a Farm house too!
